SESAH 2020 Virtual Conference

Undeterred by COVID-19, SESAH will hold its 38th annual conference on Friday, October 2, 2020, from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time/8:00AM to 4:00PM Central Time with a full slate of paper sessions to be offered via Zoom. The SESAH Board will meet on Wednesday, September 30, and we are evaluating options for a virtual reception and awards presentations on Thursday evening, October 1, to maintain the traditions of collegiality and conviviality so important to SESAH.

All SESAH members (current as of September 1, 2020), will receive free registration, but must register on the online registration form in order to receive the links for the conference papers and access to recorded paper presentations after the conference.

All presenters and moderators must be SESAH members in good standing and registered for the conference.

We welcome those who aren’t currently members to register for the conference for a flat fee of $20/regular or $10/students, or if you would like to become a member, you can apply that fee to a one-year membership ($50/individual and $30/student), which also includes a subscription to our annual journal, Arris.

To register, simply fill out this registration form and click the Submit button. For current SESAH members, that’s it! For non-members, after you submit your online registration form, follow the payment instructions on the registration form.

Registration will be open through Thursday, October 1, and all registered attendees will receive an email on October 1 with links to the Thursday evening reception/awards ceremony and Friday paper sessions.

2020 SESAH Virtual Conference Registration

The 2020 SESAH Conference will be held virtually on October 2 from 9:00AM to 5:00PM Eastern Time/8:00AM to 4:00PM Central Time.

Step 1: 

To register for the conference, please fill out this online registration form and then pay your registration fees with the PayPal drop-down menu below. Registration is FREE for members in good standing. All attendees are REQUIRED to fill out the online registration form in order to receive the Zoom sign-in information and conference materials. 

All conference attendees, presenters, and moderators must be SESAH members in good standing; you can purchase or renew your memberships on our website.

Step 2:
